Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return shipping address.

  Prepare the Instrument

  Carefully pack the item in its original Enya packaging, including all cables, gig bags, cases, and documentation to ensure it arrives safely and qualifies for a refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our authorized service center for inspection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
